All of our Interior Design, Full-Service Interior Design, and Construction Finish & Fixture Specifications projects start with this up to 90-minute meeting in your home. We'll ask all the right questions to spark in-depth conversations about how you live - and even more importantly, how you want to live - in your home.

• Your goals and priorities for the project
• Your hobbies, likes, and dislikes
• Your entertaining needs
• How you unwind at the end of the day
• How you enjoy spending time with family and friends
• High-level design ideas and solutions

After this meeting, if we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll send you a detailed custom proposal outlining the full scope of your project and a clear picture of the investment involved.

While this will seem like a 'quiet' time in your project from your perspective, we'll be busy working our project management magic behind the scenes. This phase involves...

• Creating design plans and finish schedules for builders, general contractors, and subcontractors to follow
• Placing orders with our vendors for all products needed for your project
• Tracking the orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Receiving your orders into our warehouse, and uncrating and checking all items for accuracy and any damage incurred while in transit
• Handling any shipping problems that may arise
• Coordinating and scheduling trades for installation including movers, painters, electricians, plumbers etc.
